Both short- and long-term work unfolds through structured, conversational sessions that balance immediate coping with deeper learning about how you process information and emotion. Sessions take place in English from my practice based in Hyde Park, with flexible pacing between single-focus meetings and ongoing therapy. I use assessment-informed experiments — reflective tasks, skill practice and targeted feedback — so patterns linked to learning or behaviour become clearer and more manageable between appointments.
