Jonathan Youssef

Counselor

A compassionate therapist with a particular interest in trauma work

About Me

I offer a compassionate space for individuals navigating the complexities of trauma. We can gently explore difficult experiences together, working at your own pace to understand their impact. My aim is to help you process past events, building resilience and moving towards greater peace. This approach suits those seeking a supportive guide to understand their past and step confidently into their future.

Approach

When we meet, sessions move at a steady, client-led pace, helping you make sense of traumatic memories and notice how anxiety, grief or burnout appear in daily life. I work from Witham, offer appointments in English and Italian, and provide online sessions across the UK so practical access matches your needs. We collaborate on grounding, reflective exploration and gentle assessment to shape what we practise between meetings. This way of working tends to suit people facing trauma, loss or long-term stress who want steady, achievable change.
