Jody Rambold

Clinical Counselors

I am a warm, genuine and empathetic psychotherapist specializing in trauma and relational issues. I strive to create a healing connection that can be transferred into everyday relationships. I help empower individuals to break free from patterns of insecure attachment caused by childhood trauma using somatic approach.

About Me

As a warm, genuine, and empathetic psychotherapist, I specialise in guiding individuals through trauma and relational issues. Many experience insecure attachment patterns, often rooted in childhood. I use a somatic approach to help you gently explore these deep-seated experiences, empowering you to break free. My aim is to cultivate a healing connection in our sessions that can then transfer into your everyday relationships.

Approach

I invite gentle, body-informed exploration alongside clear, conversational reflection so the felt sense of past hurts can be understood and shifted into present choices. I offer sessions in Victoria and online, in English, creating a steady, paced space where we track bodily cues, name patterns, practise grounding and use mindful experiments to try new relational responses. Between sessions you may be offered simple practices to deepen safety and integration. People seeking relief from trauma-linked attachment, shame or persistent anxiety often find this approach grounding.
