I'm an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I tailor my approach to best match what you need to talk about. Being seen and heard by another in a non-judgemental space can promote growth, healing, acceptance and change.

About Me

Whatever you're navigating, I offer a tailored space where your unique experiences are met with understanding. As an Integrative Counsellor, I adapt our work, ensuring you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we can gently explore what you're going through, making sense of your feelings. This collaborative approach helps foster growth, acceptance, and lasting change. It suits those seeking a truly supportive relationship to find their way forward.

Approach

I work online and in person in Cardiff and Abergavenny. Counselling helps you to explore the feelings, thoughts and behaviours linked to many presenting issues such as: depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, relationship difficulties, abuse and stress. Reflecting and reframing can help to build self-esteem and improve confidence, working towards change at your pace. I provide steady, compassionate support to help your growth and to enable you to start feeling better.

Basic Information

Services

I use a combination of Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic approaches to assist you in working through whatever it is that's troubling you. This then covers any issues with their roots in your early years, to being seen and heard in your day to day.
