About Me

As a clinical psychologist, I offer a dedicated space for individuals of all ages. I guide clients through life's complexities, helping them address a broad spectrum of challenges. This includes trauma, loss, stress, relationship difficulties, and significant life changes. My aim is to foster clarity and equip you with practical tools. Together, we can work towards renewed motivation and a stronger sense of self.

Approach

Sessions lean toward practical, paced collaboration focused on making sense of experiences and building steady coping steps. In my Germiston consulting room and via secure online appointments, I work in English, Afrikaans or Greek so you can feel understood and carry the work between sessions. We gently track patterns, stabilise distressing memories, and practise real-life strategies—sometimes using structured reflection, sometimes brief exposure or grounding—to reduce overwhelm and restore momentum. People navigating loss, trauma or major change often find this clear, hands-on way of working helpful.
