I am an Associate Counselor, Clinical Counsellor Supervisor and Accredited Professional based in Teynham, Kent, United Kingdom. I help children, adolescents and adults address abuse, addiction, grief, chronic illness and mood disorders. I offer counseling, mindfulness and wellness support in a calm, practical setting.
