When facing anxiety, depression, or significant life changes, it can feel challenging to speak openly. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. This allows us to explore relationship issues, build self-esteem, and manage stress together. My aim is to help you navigate grief and trauma, finding clarity and fostering your resilience.
Approach
When talking feels heavy I tend to slow the pace so we can name what matters and notice small shifts between sessions. In my Cape Town practice and online, in English, sessions balance gentle exploration with practical steps — short exercises, breath or grounding practices, and focused reflection you can try at home. I listen for patterns in stress, grief and relationship reactions, then we co-create manageable experiments to build confidence and regulate overwhelm. This approach often suits people seeking steady, collaborative change through life transitions and trauma recovery.
