Ms Jill Henry

Psychotherapist

I am a qualified EMDR therapist, I offer a professional, non-judgmental environment for people to be able to express their thoughts and feelings freely and to work on their touchstone memories.

About Me

I offer a professional, non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly. My aim is to help you explore what’s on your mind without reservation. If you are seeking clarity or feel unheard, our sessions provide a calm, dedicated time. Here, you can speak freely to make sense of your experiences. Together, we can find your own path forward with support.

Approach

I pace sessions to your rhythm, whether in my Sydney office or online in English. We agree a focused aim each time, alternating gentle processing with practical reflection and short exercises to help defuse intense feelings and clarify relationship patterns. Between sessions I offer brief takeaways to try in everyday life and we review what shifts or stalls. This approach tends to suit adults seeking steadier footing through loss, transitions or difficult relational moments.
