About Me

I'm a Therapist, Divorce Coach, Mediator & Co-parenting Expert. I work with individuals, couples and families. After going through my own difficult divorce, I made it my life’s mission to help others not have it so tough. My book, online course and transformative group coaching program help parents navigate the overwhelming process of divorce both emotionally and strategically with less stress, more confidence and a greater sense of peace. I'm also the co-founder of Divorce Network Pro, a comprehensive directory of divorce professionals committed to a low-conflict, family-focused approach. Approach

After two decades focused on parenting through separation, my work zeroes in on practical steps and emotional pacing that move you forward. In Princeton or online, in English, sessions feel grounded and purposeful—short check-ins, goal-driven conversations, and pause points to process emotions without getting overwhelmed. Between sessions I offer concrete tools and clear next steps so you can practice communication and parenting plans with less conflict. People seeking steady, practical support during divorce and co-parenting transitions tend to find this way of working helpful.
