Mrs Jessica Kitchens

Licensed Professional Counselor

Only a couple of openings at this time. My specialties include autism/ADHD/neurodiversity and substance use. Accept BCBS, Ambetter, and Lyra benefits.

About Me

I help adults and young people navigate the unique challenges of neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD. We also explore paths through substance use concerns. My approach focuses on understanding your individual strengths and developing tailored coping strategies. In our sessions, we can collaboratively build practical tools, fostering greater self-awareness and resilience. This creates a supportive space for you to find clarity and build a more fulfilling life.

Approach

When space is limited, I focus each session on practical, doable steps that honor your neurodivergent needs and address substance use patterns with care and clarity. Sessions move at your pace: we clarify a target, try short skill-building exercises or mindfulness practices, and translate what works into real-world routines between meetings. I often use brief check-ins to adjust pacing or strategies so progress feels steady rather than overwhelming. This approach tends to help adults seeking structure, insight, and sustainable coping tools.
