Mr Jessada Klinpull

Counselor

I'm a counseling psychologist who has counseling and psychotherapy experience with college students and other young adults. I am trained in the psychodynamic approach and learned about cognitive-behavioral techniques.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for college students and young adults navigating life's challenges. Drawing on psychodynamic insights, I help you understand deeper patterns, and we can also use practical cognitive-behavioural techniques. We can explore anxieties, relationship shifts, or academic pressures, finding ways to make sense of your experiences. My aim is to help you build resilience and find clarity during this important stage of life.

Approach

When anxieties, relationship shifts or pressure at school come up, I look for the subtle links between past patterns and present choices to guide our work toward practical change. Sessions in Thai, whether in my Nonthaburi office or online, move at a steady pace—we reflect on themes, try brief behavioral experiments, and use short psychoeducation between meetings to track what helps. The mix of exploring meaning and testing new habits tends to suit students and emerging adults looking for clearer footing during transitions.
