About Me
Approach
My counseling approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help clients better understand patterns, emotions, and internal experiences without judgment. I balance reflection with practical tools, supporting emotional regulation, self-trust, and meaningful change. I take a neurodivergent- and LGBTQ+-affirming stance and aim to create a trauma-informed space where clients feel respected, empowered, and supported at their own pace.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
