Mr Jeremy Goodman

Registered Counselor

Private practice. I provide counselling and counsellin supervision. I work face to face, online and telephone. I work with couples and individuals

About Me

I offer a calm, confidential space where individuals and couples can explore their challenges and find clarity. We can work together to understand feelings, develop coping strategies, and navigate life's complexities. Whether you prefer sessions face-to-face, online, or by telephone, my aim is to meet you where you are. As a Registered Counsellor, I also provide professional Counseling supervision to support fellow practitioners.

Approach

With a steady, patient approach I attend to how change happens in short, practical steps. In sessions—in person, remotely or by phone—we set a flexible agenda balancing immediate coping strategies with gentle exploration of feelings, paced so you can reflect without overwhelm. Between meetings I may suggest brief practices or reflections to support anxiety, trauma responses, grief and relationship shifts. This way of working suits adults and couples seeking a collaborative, grounded process to manage difficult feelings and restore routines.
