Registered Counselor

About Me

I offer a supportive space where you can process challenging experiences and move towards greater calm. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I guide individuals through this focused approach to help reduce distress and promote lasting healing. We can work together to understand how past events impact your present, finding new ways forward. Clients often appreciate the structured support and collaborative environment, helping them build resilience and gain clarity.

Approach

With clinical EMDR training and consultant experience guiding my work, I pace sessions with clear structure and responsive attunement so you can feel steady while confronting difficult memories. In Vancouver English sessions I blend focused bilateral processing with grounding techniques, checking in often and setting collaborative goals between meetings. I help unpack how past events show up now, offering short practices to try between sessions and adjusting the pace to what feels manageable. People coping with trauma, burnout, or relationship strain often find this practical, contained approach helpful.
