Counselor

I am a warm, perceptive and experienced counsellor with a passion for helping clients to move forwards in their lives.

About Me

I am a warm, perceptive and experienced counsellor with a passion for helping clients to move forwards in their lives. I provide a calm, confidential space where we can gently explore what may be holding you back. Many clients feel stuck or overwhelmed. My approach helps them gain clarity and find new perspectives, uncovering practical ways to navigate challenges. Together, we can build a stronger sense of purpose.

Approach

I help clients notice small shifts by combining attentive listening with gentle curiosity so patterns in anxiety, grief or relationship cycles become clearer. In Worcestershire and online, in English, I keep sessions steady and focused, allowing space for silence, reflection and practical tasks between meetings. We explore dreams, family histories and current stresses, using simple tools and occasional feedback to track mood and build confidence. This way of working suits adults seeking thoughtful, down-to-earth support to regain direction and feel more resilient.
