Jennifer Zare

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

With over 20 years of experience, I help people heal from trauma, anxiety, and grief using EMDR, ART, IFS, and ERP. I believe in your inner strength and walk alongside you as you rediscover peace, purpose, and resilience.

About Me

With over two decades of experience, I offer a compassionate space for healing. I help people process trauma, anxiety, and grief. I believe in your innate strength; together, we can rediscover your peace and purpose. Using approaches like EMDR, we gently address difficult memories, helping you find lasting relief. I will walk alongside you, supporting your journey towards greater resilience and well-being.

Approach

Sessions move at a careful, steady pace, meeting you where you are and using focused, stepwise methods to gently process memories and reduce anxious urges. In my Greer office or via secure online sessions in English, we balance in-session processing with short, practical practices between meetings so progress carries into daily life. You’ll be invited to notice parts of yourself with curiosity, practice manageable exposures or skill-building when ready, and set small, measurable goals. This approach tends to suit adults, teens, parents, and families seeking steady, compassionate change.
