EMDR Therapist

I believe meaningful healing happens when safety, curiosity, and compassion come first. My work is grounded in evidence-based, relational therapy and guided by the understanding that symptoms often make sense in the context of lived experiences. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, boundaries, and sense of self.

About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating trauma, addiction recovery, people-pleasing, codependency, and the effects of narcissistic or emotionally unsafe relationships. I value creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to explore what’s beneath the surface at their own pace. I am certified in EMDR Therapy and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented, drawing primarily from EMDR Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. Together, we work to gently process past experiences, understand protective patterns, and reduce the intensity of emotional and nervous system overwhelm. Sessions are tailored to your goals while honoring your readiness and capacity for change.
