About Me
Approach
My approach is Integrative, which means that I use knowledge and skills from several mainstream counselling and psychotherapy approaches, e.g. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic and Client-Centred. In addition, my helping approach has been informed by the wisdom of ancient, Far Eastern and holistic health philosophies.

Services
I offer long distance video (Skype) and/or telephone counselling (with a possible option to meet in person in north Bristol at some point if desired), for those whose travel time constraints are an issue, providing there is privacy to work remotely in this way.
I work with people with a wide range of concerns as detailed elsewhere below and am open to offering both shorter term (say 6-8 sessions) with specifically defined goals, or longer term to address a person's more broadly connected and deeply entrenched issues.
Either way, the aim is to help clarify important life changes and choices that need to be made and to build resilience and resolve to do so along the way. This process goes hand in hand with invaluable personal development and increased self-awareness to live life and its relationships with self and others more effectively.
