Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors

A down to earth therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in adult mental health and counseling. Areas of expertise include: anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, college students, bariatric/weight management patients, and men.

About Me

I guide adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and stress. Drawing on over 15 years of experience, I offer down-to-earth Counseling. Sessions provide practical strategies, especially helpful for college students, men, and bariatric/weight management patients. My approach creates a relatable space, helping you build resilience and find clear paths forward.

Approach

Work focuses on concrete steps you can try between sessions, mixing short experiments, clear routines, and conversational check-ins so progress feels steady and practical. I meet with people in Maple Grove and online, in English, keeping sessions paced to your attention and energy—brief skill-building for busy days, deeper reflection when needed. We track what works, adjust approaches for focus, low mood, or worry, and use simple tools to manage stress and eating-related challenges. This way of working often fits students, men, and folks managing weight transitions.
