Jeanne

Ms Jeanne Freed

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

I provide short to long term therapy for adults, children, and parents, and online groups for teachers, parents and organisations.

About Me

I offer a calm, collaborative space for adults, children, and parents to explore life's challenges. You might seek short-term support or deeper insight. Either way, we can work together to understand feelings and build practical ways forward. My online groups also offer valuable support for teachers, parents, and organisations.

Approach

I move at a pace you set, blending focused assessment with practical planning to ease overwhelm and sharpen attention. In Cape Town I work in English and through online sessions and group spaces for educators, caregivers and organisations, creating continuity between meetings. Sessions often combine brief child-focused evaluations or learning checks, reflective talk around mood and relationships, and short between-session practices to try out new responses. This steady, hands-on way of working suits people managing anxiety, parenting pressures, ADHD challenges, or fertility and relationship stresses.
