I help clients explore feelings through a blend of talking and creative modalities. Drawing on my yoga and mindfulness background, we often incorporate breathing exercises for deeper connection. This approach suits those seeking to understand themselves, finding clarity and peace through body-mind awareness.
Approach
You’ll notice sessions flow between reflective dialogue, mindful movement and breath-led practices that invite sensing as well as thinking. I work with adolescents and adults in Watford and Greater London, and remotely in English, Portuguese or Spanish, adapting pace and tools for online or in-person rhythms. Therapy is collaborative and paced: we name feelings, explore bodily signals, try small experiments in session, then bring simple practices into daily life to test shifts. This approach often suits those facing cultural change, anxiety, relationship strains or life transitions seeking grounded clarity.
