I am a Doctoral-level Marriage and Family Therapist with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate life transitions with clarity and resilience. I specialize in working with couples and families, offering both preventive and therapeutic interventions that address relational challenges before they escalate into long-term difficulties.
