Jane Kosmin

Counselor

I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor, specialising in Humanistic and Gestalt Therapy.

About Me

I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore your present experiences and feelings. Drawing on Humanistic and Gestalt principles, I help you connect with your inner wisdom. We can gently uncover patterns and make sense of emotions in the here and now. This approach suits those seeking deeper self-understanding and personal growth. It helps you move towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Approach

Sessions move at your pace, inviting gentle curiosity into moment-to-moment experience while keeping practical, manageable steps in view. I see people in Radlett and online in English, and my work is paced to suit the urgency of stress or the slower unfolding of grief and life change. We use somatic noticing, focused conversation and short experiments you can try between meetings to shift unhelpful patterns, ease anxiety or steady impulses. This way often suits those wanting deeper self-understanding and realistic change.
