Ms Jane Jambaya, MSW

Registered Social Worker

A qualified and registered social worker who believes in the art of re-parenting, as such, I work with parents and children to reflect on their emotions and feelings, beliefs and thoughts through emotional intelligence coaching sessions.

About Me

I believe in the art of re-parenting, helping parents and children reflect on their emotions, feelings, and beliefs. Through emotional intelligence coaching, we explore inner worlds together. This collaborative process helps families understand themselves more deeply, fostering stronger emotional connections. It's ideal for those seeking a supportive space to grow emotionally and build healthier family dynamics.

Approach

By leaning into re-parenting principles, I guide families and young people through gentle, practical steps that uncover how past hurts shape present reactions and relationships. I offer sessions in English, isiNdebele or isiZulu, pacing work to suit busy households and adolescents so learning feels manageable between meetings. Sessions blend artful activities, brief coaching prompts and safety-focused conversations that help rebuild trust, set clearer boundaries and practice new responses at home.
