About Me
I am a licensed psychologist in Thảo Điền, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam. I provide counseling for addiction, anger, grief and loss, mood disorders, and suicidal thoughts. I focus on clear, practical steps you can use.
Approach
My approach is primarily existential, and therefore person-centred and non-directive in nature. It is focussed on supporting my clients to find solutions specifically tailored to their own needs through a mixture of discussion and constructive action. This is done through firstly identifying and exploring problematic ways of perceiving, thinking and behaving. We then work on addressing these through the use of practical skills, and self-reflection.
