About Me

I am a licensed counsellor in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I work with you on life transitions, behaviour issues, dream work, stress, and anxiety. I use art therapy, hypnosis, mindfulness, and online sessions to build practical coping skills.

Approach

Jagriti's approach is subconscious work along with other therapy approaches. She uses therapy modalities like Mindfulness, Relaxation Therapy, Art Therapy, Dream Analysis, Hypnotherapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems(IFS), Neurolinguistic Programming, and Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT).

Jagriti deals with clients in the age range of 18-40. She helps them in dealing with issues like low self-esteem, building self-confidence, self-doubt, criticism issues, productivity issues at work, anxiety, sleep issues, adjusting to life transitions, behavioural and emotional problems, creativity issues, loneliness, fears, personal growth issues, stress management, trust issues, childhood trauma, headaches, emptiness, forgiveness and self-care. She is currently taking online sessions only.
