Services
As an Integrative Counselling Psychologist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to support your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Depending on your needs, I may integrate elements of CBT, psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, person-centred, and phenomenological therapies. This means we can explore unhelpful thought patterns, relational dynamics, deeper life themes, and your unique lived experience, all within a compassionate, personalised space. Whether you're seeking short-term tools or deeper self-understanding, our work together will be collaborative, flexible, and grounded in empathy.
I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call so you can ask any questions and get a sense of whether we’d be a good fit. If you’d like to know more or check availability, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
I am recognised by AXA, Vitality, and Aviva as a registered healthcare provider. If you have health insurance with any of these providers, you may be able to use your cover to access therapy with me.
