Ms Jacqui Katts

Psychotherapist

I am an experienced psychotherapist doing mostly in-depth insight-oriented Individual Psychotherapy or Couple Psychotherapy.

About Me

As an experienced psychotherapist, I guide individuals and couples seeking to understand deeper patterns. We explore long-standing feelings and relationship dynamics, making sense of what truly shapes your experiences. This in-depth approach helps uncover clarity and fosters meaningful personal growth. If you are ready to look beneath the surface for lasting change, we can work together. My aim is to help you find a way forward in a truly collaborative space.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move at a thoughtful, insight-driven pace where we gently trace patterns behind anxiety, grief, loss and relationship conflicts. I work from a comfortable Cape Town space and online in English, keeping sessions focused yet spacious so difficult memories and relational moments can be noticed and named. Between sessions I may suggest simple reflective practices or mindfulness anchors to help shifts settle into day-to-day life. This approach suits adults and couples ready for careful, collaborative exploration toward clearer choices.
