About Me

As an experienced educational psychologist, I help children and adolescents find their way. I also work with their families and school communities, understanding that support from all sides is key. Together, we explore challenges. We then build practical strategies that work in both home and school. This collaborative approach offers a clear path, helping young people grow in confidence and thrive.

Approach

Working predominantly with young people, I shape therapy around each child’s pace, blending play, focused assessment and trauma‑sensitive techniques so progress feels manageable. In Johannesburg and online, in English, sessions are practical and hands‑on: we try small strategies together, notice what shifts, then adapt homework or school plans between meetings. Parents and teachers are invited in when useful, with clear feedback and simple tools to use day to day. This way of working suits families seeking steady, practical support during tricky transitions.
