About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist and registered Psychologist working from Centurion, Gauteng. I help people manage anger, repair relationships, navigate divorce, address family conflict, and practice forgiveness. I offer psychological and diagnostic assessments, personal development, group therapy, and relationship counseling.

Approach

I help people notice small, redeeming moments amid pain by using gentle structure, clear goals and steady hope as our compass. From my Centurion office or online, in Afrikaans or English, sessions feel focused and paced — we assess what matters, set short steps and try practical exercises that you can use between meetings. Family or partner input is invited when it matters, and I bring faith-sensitive reflection alongside behavioural anchors to repair patterns. This way often suits those seeking calmer anger, healthier ties and renewed meaning.
