About Me

I help individuals and parents explore their personal and family challenges, offering sessions in German or English. Drawing on systemic counseling, we can unpack patterns and find new ways forward. For parents, the New Authority approach provides practical steps to strengthen your presence and navigate complex dynamics. My aim is to create a grounded space, online or in Tel Aviv, where you can gain clarity.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is rooted in systemic counseling, helping clients understand themselves within the context of their relationships, roles, and life transitions. As a German therapist based in Tel Aviv, I offer online counseling for individuals, couples, and parents seeking clarity, emotional balance, and support in challenging phases of life. In my parent counseling sessions, I also integrate elements of the New Authority to strengthen parental presence, calm leadership, and connection within the family. Across all areas of my work, I take a resource-oriented, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach while supporting clients in recognizing their strengths, shifting unhelpful patterns, and building resilience and meaningful connection in their daily lives.

I offer counseling for individuals, parents, and couples, integrating a systemic foundation with resource-focused methods. My work supports German- and English-speaking clients in Tel Aviv as well as those seeking online counseling worldwide. Individual Counseling: Support with emotional wellbeing, adjustment challenges, expat stress, identity questions, burnout-like exhaustion, grief, and life transitions. I help clients strengthen self-connection, resilience, and balance. Parent Counseling: Guidance for parents facing recurring conflicts, strong-willed behavior, sibling tensions, or challenges around boundaries. Using the New Authority approach, I help parents cultivate presence, calm leadership, and cooperative family dynamics. Couples & Relationship Support: For partners dealing with communication difficulties, recurring conflict patterns, cultural or relocation-related stress, or a loss of connection. The work focuses on understanding patterns, improving dialogue, and rebuilding trust and teamwork.
