I am a licensed clinical psychologist and gestalt therapist in supervision phase practicing in Lisbon, Portugal. I treat anxiety, OCD, grief and mood disorders, with CBT and gestalt, assuming an integrative approach. I focus on practical skill-building to reduce symptoms and support your personal development.
