Glow Mental Health

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Glow Mental Health is a practice founded by Irfa Samnani. We help couples navigate anxiety, trauma, perinatal mental health, relationships, parenting, illness, chronic pain, bereavement & loss, and life transitions. Our approach is trauma-informed and collaborative.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Waterloo, Kitchener, and Cambridge, Ontario. I help you manage anxiety, chronic illness, physical disability, fertility challenges, and parenting stress using ACT, mindfulness, counseling, and MBCT.

Approach

Sessions move at a pace that respects your limits while gently expanding what you can tolerate — we work with curiosity, simple experiments and short practices to shift how hard experiences show up. I offer in-person appointments in Waterloo and secure online sessions, and can meet in English or Hindi/Urdu to make things more accessible. Between meetings you'll get manageable practices and reflection prompts to try in daily life, and in session we track what helps so we can adjust together. This way of working often suits parents, couples, and people managing health-related stress.
