Ms Inge Müller

Registered Counselor

I am dedicated to supporting adolescents, students, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach to counselling is integrative and tailored to each client. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

About Me

I support adolescents, students, and adults as they navigate life's challenges. My integrative approach means sessions are always tailored to you. I aim to create a truly safe space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. We work collaboratively, exploring difficulties and helping you discover your own path forward. This personalised support guides you towards making meaningful changes in your life.

Approach

My work focuses on helping you turn insight into small, practical shifts that suit your rhythm and goals. Whether we meet in Centurion or online, sessions can be in English or Afrikaans and are paced to your capacity, so you leave feeling steadier than when you arrived. Sessions blend focused, short-term techniques with gentle exploration of past hurts, and I’ll suggest simple practices between meetings to strengthen progress. This collaborative, paced way of working often helps those facing transitions, grief, overwhelm or burnout.
