Licensed Psychologist

Working with a wide range of psychopathologies and age group. Providing psychotherapy services to diverse clients with various psychological conditions.

About Me

I offer integrative psychotherapy, tailoring our work to your unique needs. I guide individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Together, we navigate a wide range of complex feelings and life challenges. We can explore your concerns, drawing on different therapeutic tools to help you find clarity. This flexible approach creates a space where you feel understood and supported to develop effective coping strategies.

Approach

Working with the wide range of presentations and all ages I see, therapy moves in focused, collaborative steps: sessions combine careful assessment, reflective exploration and targeted practices tailored to what you’re struggling with. In Athens or online, in English or Greek, we set a clear pace—sometimes steady weekly work, sometimes shorter check-ins—and I encourage small between-session experiments and symptom tracking so shifts are visible. This approach fits people who want practical clarity alongside deeper understanding as they regain agency in relationships and daily life.
