About Me

I am a Registered Counsellor based in Falconridge, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, South Africa. I offer adolescent therapy, anger management, grief and loss support, stress and burnout counseling, and divorce counseling. I provide child psychological and diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, and crisis counseling in a confidential, practical setting.

Approach

Support and psycho-education shape practical, goal-focused sessions where we map immediate concerns into manageable steps and clearer choices. Sessions can take place in Vereeniging or online, in English or Afrikaans, and are paced to suit children, teens and adults—sometimes with assessment work between meetings to guide the plan. I blend structured feedback, short-term skills (emotion regulation, stress and coping) and careful review so progress is trackable and relevant to daily life. This way of working suits people looking for practical, respectful collaboration.
