I am a trauma-informed counsellor with an international background. As a practising Christian, I am open to including faith and spiritual reflection in our work together, if that is something you wish to bring. I offer a calm, creative space where you do not have to explain everything perfectly. Whether you have lived across cultures or feel like you are in transition, this can be a place where your full story is welcomed. Over time, clients often say they feel more hopeful, more confident in themselves, and more empowered to navigate life in their own way.
