Heather Smith, BSc (Hons) Psychology | Integrative Psychotherapist | Trauma & Recovery Specialist. I’m an integrative psychotherapist offering a safe, compassionate space for individuals navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

About Me

I offer a space where you can gently explore the layers of addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor our work to your unique needs. We can process difficult experiences together, helping you find pathways to recovery. My aim is to support you in understanding emotional overwhelm and building resilience. You can move towards a calmer, more grounded sense of self.

Approach

When we work together, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace that honours your readiness while gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. Whether in my Marbella room or online in English, I hold a calm, contained space where we balance present-moment grounding with reflective exploration. We draw on mindful awareness, values-focused action and practical cognitive and behavioural strategies alongside gentle trauma processing, with doable experiments to practise between sessions. This way of working tends to suit people navigating anxiety, addiction, life transitions or low mood.
