Heather Quinn

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

With any concern, I work with the client and at times, their family, to develop an individualized plan for treatment. I work with clients facing a variety of mental health concerns including, but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and behavioral dysregulation.

About Me

I help individuals and families navigate a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma. Together, we create a tailored treatment plan that truly fits your unique needs and challenges. My aim is to offer a supportive space where you can explore feelings and build practical strategies. This approach is ideal for those seeking a collaborative path towards greater well-being and emotional balance.

Approach

When concerns feel heavy, I work alongside you and, when helpful, family members to shape each session around what matters most right now. Sessions in my Brooklyn office or online, conducted in English, move at a practical pace—balancing focused conversation, gentle reflection, and short experiments that you can try between meetings. We translate what you learn into concrete steps for day-to-day life, with check-ins that track progress and adjust the plan. This approach tends to fit adults seeking clear, collaborative support.
