About us

We are Registered Psychotherapists based in Old Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide counseling, coaching, and trauma counseling to adults and families. We support you to manage stress and process difficult experiences.

Approach

We focus on steady, evidence-informed pacing that helps you feel safe enough to explore difficult memories and habits. In Toronto and online in English, sessions blend mindful awareness with somatic check-ins and practical skill-building, with collaborative goal-setting and brief between-session experiments to test what shifts. Expect gentle structure: grounding, curiosity, clear feedback and adjustments based on what’s actually working for you. This approach tends to suit adults seeking thoughtful, practical ways to reduce reactivity and build steadier relationships with themselves and others.
