Hayley

Ms Hayley Spurling

Psychotherapist (Registered)

In a confidential, supportive space, I offer the rare freedom to say whatever comes to mind, helping you to look at underlying, perhaps unconscious thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be causing distress. Together we will explore what's happening now, what's happened in the past, and how to move forward with hope.

About Me

I'm a warm, thoughtful therapist who works alongside you as to build a trusting relationship. My priority is to build a relationship where you feel safe, seen and truly heard. I am psychodynamically trained which means that sometimes people come to work through concerns that seem to linger even after successful CBT or DBT - to get to the root of what's going on, deepen self-understanding and change patterns that make them unhappy.

Approach

You’ll have space to notice what surfaces while I gently track patterns in feelings, decisions and relationships, helping translate moments of confusion into clearer threads. I offer regular, weekly sessions in London or online, moving at a pace that suits you — sometimes pausing to reflect, sometimes focusing on practical ways to ease stress, mood shifts or work-related pressure. Between sessions I may invite simple reflections to bring back, and many find this steady attention both clarifying and sustaining.
