Miss Hattie Ocal

Counselor

I am an accredited/registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and I adhere to their code of ethics. In the last few years, before and since the pandemic, I have been working online, I believe that working online can be helpful and can provide access to people around the world.

About Me

I offer compassionate online Counseling, supporting individuals to explore life's challenges from their own comfortable space. My practice is built on a strong ethical foundation, ensuring a safe, confidential environment for our work together. Working online, a format I've embraced for years, provides helpful flexibility. This approach suits those seeking professional support conveniently, wherever they are in the world.

Approach

From my London base I conduct sessions remotely, shaping a steady, confidential space where we gently name patterns and test new ways of responding. Sessions move at your pace, in English or Turkish, using video or phone so you can be wherever feels safest. We explore the links between feelings, habits and relationships, try small practical steps between meetings, and keep things grounded in clear ethical boundaries. This approach often helps people working through anxiety, grief, addiction or shifts in identity who want collaborative, steady support.
