I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Grief Therapy, and CTBRT, and I am internationally trained in CBT at the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I am also a TA-trained therapist, offering online therapy grounded in extensive clinical experience.

MindCare Psychological Services (MPS) provides confidential, evidence-based psychological support for adults, couples, families, children and adolescents. Services are available in person in Dwarka, New Delhi, and online for clients in India and abroad. Areas of support include anxiety, depression, overthinking, stress, burnout, grief, trauma and PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, emotional-regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, anger, relationship concerns, marital conflict, parenting challenges, behavioural concerns, addiction and relapse prevention, psychosomatic difficulties and major life transitions. Child and adolescent services include emotional and behavioural counselling, parent consultation, developmental and psychological assessment, learning and attention-related concerns, school adjustment and career guidance. Psychological assessments may include intelligence, personality, emotional, behavioural, ADHD, OCD and career-related assessment, depending on the client’s needs and the purpose of evaluation. Therapeutic work is integrative and individually planned, drawing upon approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy–informed interventions, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, relaxation training, Solution-Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt-based work and couples interventions. Corporate and institutional services include mental-health workshops, employee-wellness programmes, parenting sessions, teacher training, POSH/POCSO awareness and psychological-skills training.
