Licensed Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? My work as a licensed Clinical Psychologist is focused on helping you move from distress to growth. I partner with clients to address the challenges of life, such as mood disorders, chronic stress and recovery from narcissistic abuse by combining expert clinical knowledge with genuine human connection. Together, we will clarify your goals, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop a toolkit of strategies to manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and cultivate self-compassion. Healing is not just about reducing suffering, but also about building a life that feels authentic, vibrant and a sense of freedom.

About Me

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, recently completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology, with over ten years of experience supporting children, adults and families. I have delivered successful counseling outcomes, handled crisis cases, and led workshops that strengthened student well-being. I value confidentiality and ethical practice and service.

Approach

My practice is built on advanced clinical expertise in trauma and systems therapy, and a deep commitment to creating a space of safety, respect, and collaboration. I believe that individuals and families possess an innate capacity for healing, even in the face of profound distress. My role is to provide the expert guidance, evidence-based tools, and unwavering support to help you access that strength. Whether working with a child, an adult, a couple, or an entire family, my approach is integrative and tailored, meeting you where you are with empathy and without judgment.
