About Me
I am a Specialist Wellness Counselor in Monument Park, Gauteng, South Africa. I help anxiety and trauma survivors heal deeply and move forward without feeling judged or rushed. My focus is helping them make sense of what they’re experiencing and take the next clear step. Most people come to me because they don’t know where to start. I walk alongside people as they heal from past hurt and reconnect with their purpose. Once things start making sense, healing becomes far less overwhelming.
Approach
My approach is holistic, client-centered, and compassionate. I work on all three levels—mind, body, and spirit—to support deep, lasting healing. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Life Coaching, NLP, and Gestalt Play Intervention to help clients uncover root causes, shift limiting beliefs, and develop healthier thinking and coping strategies.
