Mi trabajo guía procesos de recuperación y la construcción de un proyecto de vida con pasos concretos, centrados en fortalecer la autonomía y el amor propio. En consulta en Escazú, San José y en línea, en español, ofrezco un espacio seguro y estructurado donde se respetan ritmos y límites. Las sesiones combinan escucha activa, exploración de experiencias y herramientas prácticas —incluyendo evaluaciones cuando son útiles— para sostener cambios fuera del consultorio. Esta forma de trabajar suele beneficiar a quienes buscan claridad, contención y avance sostenido.
