About Me
I support teens and adults facing a wide range of emotional challenges. As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I help navigate mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and attachment difficulties. We explore relationship issues, low self-esteem, chronic pain, and grief. My aim is to provide a supportive space. Here, you can gain clarity and develop practical skills for managing conflict and major life changes.
Approach
When people bring worries, trauma or relationship pain into the room, I focus on creating a steady, practical rhythm that balances safety with gentle challenge. Sessions move between short, focused skills practice—breathing and attention exercises, simple cognitive tools—and reflective conversation that links patterns to everyday moments; between sessions I often suggest brief experiments to test new ways of responding. The pace stays collaborative and predictable, with clear steps and room for emotion. This way of working tends to suit those ready for practical change.
