About Us

Halo Journey Australia began with a simple idea - to bring a little more light to life’s tougher moments. What started with two hearts and one mission has grown into something much bigger: a space where every Australian can feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. We created Halo Journey to make quality support easy to access - no matter your age, background, or where you call home. It’s a place where care feels human, where every conversation matters, and where our practitioners bring not only experience, but genuine empathy and understanding to every session. Founded by partners in both life and purpose, Halo Journey is built on more than 25 years of combined experience in people-helping roles. Over the years, we’ve seen just how powerful it can be when someone feels truly supported and that belief continues to guide everything we do. At its heart, Halo Journey is about being a gentle light in uncertain times - helping you find calm, clarity, and confidence again. Whatever your journey looks like, you don’t have to walk it alone. We’ll be right here with you, every step of the way. Sometimes, finding the right help can feel like an uphill battle - long wait times, inconvenient hours, and services that just don’t fit into your busy life. That’s why we’re here to make things easier. No matter where you are, whether in a big city or a quiet country town, we’ve got you covered. Our counselling & mediation support is available when you need it, on your schedule, not ours. Because getting the help you deserve shouldn’t be a struggle - it should be simple, accessible, and there for you whenever and wherever you need it.
