Mrs Haley Moore

Registered Social Worker

Haley is the Clinic Director of Therapy Uninterrupted, a virtual clinic based in Ontario. Haley works with individuals and couples to move towards building a better life for themselves, no matter where they are at on their journey. Haley also works with therapists and student therapists to support them in growing their professional skills and clinical presence, as well as their private practice from a business perspective. Haley helps to facilitate self-love, self-empowerment, confidence, safety, and self-learning for all clients and clinicians.

About Me

I work with individuals and couples, helping them build a better life, wherever they are on their journey. My approach focuses on supporting your self-discovery and personal empowerment. We can explore ways to cultivate self-love, fostering a deeper connection with yourself. You'll gain practical insights and confidence to move forward. My aim is to create a space where you feel truly supported.

Approach

As you move forward I keep sessions practical and reflective, balancing gentle curiosity with clear steps so the work feels doable. From my Toronto-based virtual office we meet in English, with pacing shaped by your needs and occasional mindfulness practices or short between-session experiments to deepen learning. We track patterns around anxiety, control, body image and relationships, trying small behavioural experiments, communication practices and decision-focused planning to strengthen agency. People navigating transitions, career pressures or burnout often find this steady, collaborative rhythm helpful.

I offer clinical supervision and administrative supervision to therapists in private practice hoping to improve their clinical skills and allow their private practice to grow and flourish.
