I promise to not gloss things over or tell you what I think you want to hear, but instead cut through the BS and help you gain some clairty.

About Us

We are a mental health organization in Wilmington, North Carolina, serving adults and families. We offer trauma counseling, coaching, and psychoeducation. Our LCSW clinicians lead direct, confidential sessions that teach practical skills you can use daily.

Approach

You’ll get straight talk and practical structure here, not platitudes. In our Wilmington office, sessions are held in English and shaped around your life, not a checklist. We move at a steady, collaborative pace—naming patterns, targeting stuck memories with focused processing, practicing skills in-session, and assigning short, doable between-session steps so gains transfer to daily life while keeping safety and pacing in view. Folks who want clear feedback and usable tools often find this way of working helpful.
